Firas Termanini is the founder and developer behind M Street Development Group, a Pittsburgh residential development company.
His work includes new homes in Lawrenceville, renovation and new construction on Mount Washington, and the ongoing Courtyards by Frick Park development in Regent Square.
Firas works with architects, builders, and local partners across planning, design coordination, and construction. His focus is on bringing individual sites into use as thoughtfully considered homes.
The portfolio includes Pinnacle on 54th, where both homes have been completed and sold, and Views on Prospect. Courtyards remains an active development, with four homes still to sell and two still to build.
The most recent completed renovation is 3354 Ridgway Street in Polish Hill, planned to be held as a mid- to short-term rental. Upcoming work includes Ardary’s eight rental homes in Garfield.
M Street also owns raw land at 4903 Penn Avenue and the parking-lot site at 239 W. Sycamore Street, where two attached duplexes and four residential units are planned.
