A story of restoration
and new construction.
Views on Prospect began with a classic Pittsburgh home built in 1898 and the vacant parcel beside it. M Street fully restored 130 Prospect Street and developed the adjacent land into two new homes.
We subdivided the vacant parcel next to 130 Prospect into two separate parcels and built two attached modern townhomes at 132 and 134 Prospect Street. The project brings restoration and new construction together on one Mount Washington hillside.
